Overview

The summit itself is closed, so the view is taken from the terraces below: the harbour, Kowloon beyond it, and the towers stacked up the slope. The colonial elite built here for the cooler air, and the address is still the most expensive in the city. Cloud sits on the hill often enough that checking the webcam before going up is worth the minute.

Highlights

The Peak Circle Walk — Lugard and Harlech Roads — is a flat 3.5 kilometre loop with the same view and none of the crowd on the platforms. Sky Terrace 428 charges for the highest deck; the Peak Galleria roof is free and nearly as good. Come an hour before sunset and stay for the lights.
