The court dress of a long robe, sash and turban was kept. The conqueror Nader Shah is shown in a distinctive four-peaked hat, and the Zand court at Shiraz continued a splendid silk dress.

Transition

With the rise of the Qajars, a distinctive court style — including the tall black lambskin hat — took shape.
